Delicious bone broth that’s great for you and your furry friends! Mix this up in your dog’s food or use it as an ingredient in your next meal that calls for broth.
1-2rotisseries Chicken carcassor 1lb of beef bones
½onion
2stalks celery
½lbcarrots

Instructions
Roast bones, onions, and garlic for for 30 minutes in a 450 degree oven stirring halfway.
Place vegetables and the carcass or bones into the instant pot and cover with cold water by approximately 1 inch (or up until the ⅔ mark. I use an 8 QT pot).
Cook in the instant pot on high pressure for 120 minutes, natural release (takes an additional 90 minutes).
Open the lid and pour the contents through a fine mesh sieve into another container to cool in the fridge. You want to try to cool the broth as fast as possible to avoid the growth of bacteria. Once cooled, freeze into ice trays or use as needed for up to 5 days.
