How my Guacamole recipe came about
My Mom’s boyfriend taught me how to dice an avocado and the rest is history.

Ingredients
- 3 avocados diced
- ½ medium onion diced
- 1 vine tomato small diced
- 2 TB lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove minced
- ½ teaspoon cayenne powder
- 1 jalapeño deseeded, deveined, diced
- ½ cup cilantro chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Rinse all vegetable. Dice avocados, onion, vine tomato, and jalapeño.
- Mince garlic (if using garlic cloves).
- Chop cilantro
- Pour lime over avocados and mix in medium size bowl.
- Combine all ingredients and stir until guacamole is smooth.
