How this recipe came about
Who hasn’t been making bread since covid began?! I started making bread and immediately needed something to put on it. Shout out to Sally’s Baking Addiction for making AWESOME bread! Robby loves his chicken salad so I put a simple one together and decided to share it with you guys.

Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 37.5 oz chicken 3, 12.5 oz cans
- ½ cup mayo
- 3 tbs dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 2 stalks of Scallions small chopped on the bias
- 2 stalks celery small diced
- ½ teaspoon dill fresh or dried

Instructions
- Cut scallions on the bias: Line up 2 scallion stalks. Cut off the rough end of the green side and turn the scallions at an angle, chopping towards the root. Discard root. Don't have scallions?
- Dice celery: Cut celery in half lengthwise and then in half again. For each stalk of celery there will be 4 long pieces. Chop those long pieces up into little squares.
- In a medium-large size bowl add 3, 12.5 oz cans of chicken, ½ cup mayo, 3 tbs dijon mustard, 2 teaspoon seasoned salt, ½ teaspoon pepper, scallions, and celery.
- Mix to combine. Serve on toasted sandwiches or by itself. Enjoy!
