Beef up your burger repertoire and fire up your grill! Try the very best juicy stuffed cheddar bacon burgers topped with all the fixings.
How this recipe came about
Are you a hot dog or a burger person? I’m a burger person. I love them! But the truth is that I really only eat them when I’m at someone’s house over or at a fast food restaurant. Fast food burgers especially can be really underwhelming. I wanted a recipe I can look at and make the same tummy burger every time.
The Perfect Pairing
I always love a good pasta salad with my burgers. Try these out: greek pasta salad and mandarin honey lemon pasta salad.

Instructions
- Combine all burger mixings (excluding the cheddar) and divide into 6 equal balls. Tip: 1 onion soup mix packet can be used in lieu of minced onion, beef bullion cubes, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Using your thumb drive a hole into the ball and widen that hole by gently squeezing the outside of the ball with your other fingers. Once the hole is wide enough, place 1 tablespoon of shredded sharp cheddar cheese inside and close up the hole by pinching it shut. Carefully flatten out the patties and try to make the patties as small and wide as possible as they will shrink on the grill.
- Fire up the grill: Heat gas grill to high. Meanwhile, if you are worried that your burgers will stick, spray them with a little bit of cooking spray before placing them on the grill. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side for medium or grill to desired temperature.;Build the burger: add all burger toppings and enjoy!
