Penne alla Vodka
Classic yet simple Italian dish made with penne pasta in a creamy, sweet and spicy, tomato vodka sauce. Creamy with a hint of spice, this dish will not disappoint. This is a great mid-week dinner with left overs for lunch.

Ingredients
- ½ lb Penne Pasta
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups Vodka Sauce
- ⅛ cup Pecorino Romano

Instructions
- Add a teaspoon of salt to a large pot of boiling water, add the penne pasta, and cook al dente. Meanwhile, heat vodka sauce in a saute pan over medium high heat. Using a slotted spoon, add cooked penne pasta to the saute pan of vodka sauce and mix.
- Serve garnished with Pecorino Romano cheese.
