Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- ½ medium onion
- 1 hot red finger pepper (deveined & deseeded)
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 lime juiced
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
