Ingredients
- 3 avocados
- 1 can black beans
- ¾ cup corn
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 lime
- ¼ cup salsa
- 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro

Instructions
- Drain and rinse black beans.
- Cut lime in half
- Combine beans, corn, salsa, and yogurt in a medium size bowl. Squeeze half of the lime into the bowl and mix.
- Slice avocados in half, remove the pit and spoon the mixture on top of the avocados.
- Garnish with cilantro.
- Each person gets 1 avocado.
